Founder & CEO - Extension Music

Hailing from the Chicagoland Area and currently living in Los Angeles, Rachel Komar has been working in various aspects of the music industry for the past decade, including A&R, Management, Licensing, Supervision, and more. Komar has previously held positions at Secret Road, American Recordings, and Altantic Records, to name a few.  In the past year, she has launched her own company, Extension Music, which guides and connects artists to limitless opportunities by becoming an "extension" of them. Extension Music helps artists fill in the gaps, with a focus on management consultation and music placement in the forms of licensing and supervision. Komar is also the Vice President of ExtraOrdinary Casting of Chicago, where she works with production companies to cast talent for film, television, commercials, print, music videos, and more.
